H Thee boys were charged with hav- 1 ing broken into the school house and disturbing a school party last Friday evening' Besides unlawfully securing m entrance into the building, the evidence evi-dence showed that they disturbed th? party by kicking the door, throwing' dishes through the aoors or windows, iiijing the horses or driving awaj in buggies of members who were present pres-ent ai tho party, usin profane language lan-guage and making Indecent remarks to the girls. It also developed In the trial that these boys had concealed their iden-Ity iden-Ity by tying handkerchiefs around their faces and changing coat. Tho court, conducted by Juvenile Judge L. J. Holthor, reprimanded 'hem sternly for their conduct and since there have been other offences, previously this year, he sentenced th entire nine of them to the state industrial school, but suKpended the sentence during good behavioi on |
