I Livingston, of Washington, president I of the Virginia Shipbuilding corporation corpora-tion and seven other persons were returned re-turned today by tho federal grand Jury which has been Investigating the war-I war-I time transactions of Morse and some 'of his associates with the shipping board. The conspiracy as charged by the government, accuses those named of j making false statements as to the value of their plant tin'' assets and thereby obtaining loans from the. ship-pint, ship-pint, board.
