Show COLLEGE BLONORS TWO OGDEN GIRLS Considerable Interest has beon evinced in the honors given to two Ogden girls Miss Dorothy Nichols and Miss Katherinc Boyle, student-- oi" St. Mary's college Notre Dame. Ind. Both Miss Nichols and Miss Boyle were presented In ihe school St, Patrick's day program. March IT is probably one of the biggest holidays at the college, and young women chosen from the various departments to appear on the program of the day ar accorded exceptional honors. Miss Nichols, w ho Is a daughter oi Mr. and Mrs. W E. Nichols of O'f-den. O'f-den. Is a student of the music department. depart-ment. She played two 'cello numbers. num-bers. 'Colleen Durlin" (S. U &) nnd "When Irish Eyes Are Smiling " (Olcott), and one saxaphpne solo, "Mv Wild Irish Rose' (Olcolt) Mies Nichols Is also a member of the Si Mary's orchestra. She was a student of the Weber Normal college last year Miss Boyle Is a student of the dramatic dra-matic department of the college. She was chosen from' a class of eighty-five eighty-five students to give the reading on the St Patrick's program Miss Boyle read "Pictures of beland.' So was a member of class 'L'l of Sacred Heart academy. |
