Aside from the cah and certificate option, veterans would be permitted to select vocational training, farm or home aid, or land purchase aid. Under Un-der the land purchase plan, veterans could make homesteads upon any public lands, paying l,25 per acre by means of the certiflcatc of indebted indebt-ed n. -s.
