Boxing Is one of the greatest games j in the world to teach manliness and control of temper. iH A lot of people think because a man '1 Is a boxer he Is therefore a brulsei. But this is not so. Boxing in fact teaches courtesy. It Is governed by rules which fos- ter the principle of give-and-take a principle which certain! every young American should know if he 1 to be self-reliant. Good boxers control their temper This is essential because the minute a boxer loses his temper his opponent is sure to slip something over.
