Burton, national representative represen-tative of the Utah State Farm bureau and member ot executive committee oi American Farm fturcau federation was the principal speaker at th meetlnR of members of the Wrber County Farm , bureau held yesterday afternoon at Waat Weber. I Mr Burton spoke of the benefits hat would be derived by the farmers being more thoroughly organized. He dlbcussed In detail the necessity of u closer cooueratlon between tho local, county and state organlzatlonn and these with the national organization I and polr ed out how the farmers could hnntr the necessary pressure to bear on state legislatures so that taxation tax-ation laws would be placed on the statuto book that would result ln the farmers beinr taxed equally wltn I other property owners. Joseph H. ItelnuD talked on th benefits ben-efits to b derived by better local or-f or-f anis&tlon and exolalned how better organization would enable the members mem-bers to get more aid from the extension ex-tension service department of tho I'tah Ak rlcultural colleifo and the L'nlted States department of agriculture.
