RELEASED NEXT WKEK. The warrant, which was issued in the Cass county district court, it was learned today, will be served on Mr. Townley when he Is released next week from tho Jackson. Minn., Jail, where he is serving a 90-day sentence for conviction on a charge of violating violat-ing the state espionage law. It Is charged in the warrant that Mr. Townloy oh January 20. 1919, at Pfergo "did feloniously advise and encourage" en-courage" J. J. Hastings, former ice president of the bank, to "commit the iim of embezzlement, that Hastings appropriated tho $3,000 to his own use, to the use of the-defandant, A. C.
