Show CONGRESS GETS HOT CRITICISM CHICAGO. Jan 21 Melville E Stone, formerly general manager of the Associated Press, In an address tonight criticised parts of the constitution con-stitution as leaving this country without with-out a leader and condemned congress as lacking men of high calibre.
