Show death of andge at fifteen minute in to three thi i afternoon judge lyman P higbee died FAid denly of paralysis of the heart the judge jude haa has been ailing tiling for a ion long time T past att and has been much subject to fainting fita fits this rooming in about giue lie went to tl ilic drug store of Bless rs hurlbut for some medicines which I had been prescribed by dr john D carnahan while there lie fell t to the floor in a fit and was unconscious for a short abort time he ile was aroused and taken to his rom roin where lie was placed on his bed bra drs af jones and B adams were called in and administered such restoratives restora tives as were deemed necessary the judge rested pretty well till near two ho lie then desired to be removed from his bed and placed in a chair in his office which was done at fifteen minutes to three he be was s eizel with another fit and paralysis of the heart from froni which ho lie never rallied he ire died almost instantly judge lyman P higbee was born in new york in october of 1824 in early life lie went to wisconsin and studied law being elected probate judge in thaista that state te in 1862 he removed to auburn oregon from there to county idaho idalio where he was again elected probate judge lie ile also was elected a member ot of the tile idaho legislative council from that coun ty tv in 1875 he removed to malad city eity oneida county remaina remaining n there thre two years until 1877 when he came to ogden city where he lie has continued to reside until the time of hia his demise |
