Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. V. N'ot'co is hereby given by the Board ol ( ommfssloners of Ogden City. I'tah. of the Intention of said Board of Commissioner to mako the following described Improvc-nic-nt. to-wlt: To create Liberty Avenue between Twenty-sixth and Twcntv-sev-eiith Streets. Cnpllol Street between Van lJurcn and Harrison Avenues and Oram-crcy Oram-crcy Avenue between Twcnlv-flfth and Twenty-sixth street as a pavlny district and to pave the roadway therein with Portland Cement Concrete Pavemc:.t. also to construct combination curbs and gutters gut-ters and driveways on both sides of Capitol Capi-tol Street between Van Buren .md Harrison Harri-son Avenues: also to build all culverts. Ir-Hgallon Ir-Hgallon and drainage systems, curbs and glitters and sidewalks, and lo construct water and sewer service connections from the main lo the curb line at tho expense or the individual owners opposite tho lots or parts of lots or houses not now supplied Willi such connections. The above named work shall Include tho necessary giading therefor and all otljor work necessary to complete- the whole In n proper manner according to the plans, specifications and profiles on file ln tho orflce of tho City I Engineer, and to defray the whole of tho cost and expense of the abuttors portion thereof by a levy of a special tax to be assessed upon the lots or pieces of ground within the following described district, being be-ing the district to bo affected or benefited by such Improvement, nainclv: All the land lying between the outer boundary linos of said streets and a line drawn fifty feet back from and parallel to said outer boundary lines on both sides of Liberty Avenue between Twenty-sixth and Twenty-seventh Streets. Capitol Street between nn Buren and Harrison Avenues, and Gromercy Avenue between Twency-firth and Twenty-sixth Streets, being Lots 1 to 10 both inclusive. Block 3. Plat "E" ; Lots I I to 39 both inclusive. Capitol Block Subdivision Sub-division of Block 30, Plat "C": Lots 1 to 10 both Inclusive. Block 5. Plat "B", all in Ogden City Survey. Tho estimated cost of each sower connection con-nection is $35.00. Tho estimated cost of each water connection con-nection Is 530.00. The estimated cost of constructing combination com-bination curbs and gutters on both sides of Capitol Street between Van Buren and Harrison Avenues is ?2.S10.00. The estimated cost of constructing each driveway on both sides of Capitol Street between Van Buren and Harrison Avenues is 35.00. ; i Tho estimated cost as given below does not includo the cost of constructing private pri-vate sewer or water connections, nor the cost of constructing combination curbs ' and gutters and driveways on both sides of Capitol Street between Van Buren and Harrison Avenues, which costs arc to be assessed against the property benefited in addition to tho regular assessment. The total cost of said improvement is estimated at $27,530.00. All protests or objections to such improvement im-provement or to the carrying out of such Intention must bo presented In writing signed by tho owners of abutting property describing the same together with the number of abutting front feet and be filed with the City Recorder on or before the 7th day of May. 1920. The Board of Commissioners at Its first regular meeting thereafter, to-wlt. the 10th day of May. 1920. will consider tho proposed levy and hear and consider such protests and objections to said Improvement Improve-ment as shall have been made.
