Show Drop Actios Against Convicted Hen Agent WASHINGTON'. April 15 Deportation Depor-tation proceedings brought against Wilhelm von Brlncken, former military mili-tary attache of the German consulate at San Francisco, who was sentenced in 1917 to two years in federal prison for conspiring to foment revolution against British rule in India, were cancelled today by the department of labor. The proceedings were based on charges that within five years of his entiy into the United States, von Brlncken committed a crime involving involv-ing "moral turpitude" but the department depart-ment of justice ruled that a violation! of neutrality was not subject to such an interpretation. oo |
