Show PROGRAM HELD AT UNIVERSITY Commencement Week Gets Underway at State School in Salt Lake. V SALT LAKE, June S. With special programs for each, senior and almuni-days almuni-days were held at the University of Utah yesterday.. Tho senior exorcises were held at 10:30 o'clock in tho morning, and Included a piano selection selec-tion by Miss Becky Almond, an address by Malhonihoh Thomas, presentation of tho class, link by Don. C. Wood and acceptance for tho junior class by George W. Cooper; vocal selection by O. D. P.omney and violin selection by Miss Margaret Hewlett. Tho alumni alum-ni exercises consisted of reunions of tho classes of 1895 and 1910. Tho formal dedication of, the William Will-iam T. Stewart building took place yesterday, D. H. Chrlstcnsen of the board 8c .regents declardlng thnt tho state had not produced so great an educator, Mr. Stewart being, classed by him with Horaqo Mann and Colonel Parker as ono of America's greatest educators. Professor Stewart was head of the university school of education. educa-tion. ' Tho dedication exercises included tlio singing of "Long, Long Ago" by a double quartet from the Girls Glee club: remarks by D. II. Chrlstonscn: remarks by J. N. McKnight, singing of one of Professor Stewart's favorite songs, "Sing, Smile, Slumber," by Mrs. Edna Evans Johnson, with violin obll-gato obll-gato by Miss Margaret Stewart Hewlett; Hew-lett; remarks by Frank Evans, remarks re-marks by Professor Edgar Levi Young, violin solo by Margaret Stewart Hewlett, Hew-lett, dedicatory prayer by A.
