Grant, president of the Mormon Mor-mon church, was to pitch the first ball at the opening Pacific Coast leaguo baseball game here today when the Salt Lake Bees clash with the Vernon Tigers. United States Senator Reed Smoot will try and catch President Grant's throw. Markle or Levcrenz will pitch.
