April S The sailing date of President Wilson's steamer, the George Washington, has been advanced ad-vanced from April 14 to April 11, which is Friday, next. The transport's sailing hour is fixed 'at 4:80 p. m. for Brest. She should arrive there about April 17. Cablegram Orders Sailing WASHINCTON. April S In announcing an-nouncing today that the presidential ttaiisport George Washington would sail from New York for Preat Friday, instead of next Monday, the date or ipinaily fixed tor her departure; -Blatant Secretary Roosevelt disclosed that the change had been made as the result of a cablegram yesterday from Admiral Benson at Paris Inquiring when the ship could sail.
