This money will be given in pictures, phonograph records or library li-brary books as the schools winning same may decide. In order to compete in this district for prizes, 30 to ?4't worth of seals or more must be sold The second district is inado up of all the other schools in the count v (four roouud .schools or less) with prizes of 5, $3 and $2 for first, second and third, respectively, with $'20 worth or seals or more sold to compete for prizes.
