The dry farmers made extensive preparations for the event and a duc-( .' cess fill exhibition was the result. 1 1 Tho Lockerby fair was especially Interesting because only dry farm I products wcie on exhibition, Prac- i tically all of the dry farms have been 1 1 developed within the past five or six years Before that time the land was I considered valuable only as summer j grazing lands, and as its pine i.nd l cedar forcsta furnished fuel and fence posts. , Prize winning exhibits are to bo seni ! to the Utah state fair. Exhibits from the same district last jear won a special spe-cial trophy when shown at the slate fair. |
