Despite the public pub-lic appeal of the state department that government agents refrain from searching the baggage of the diplomatic diplo-matic representatives of foreign" nations, na-tions, customs officials said today that the order requiring customs officers to remove liquor from tho personal effects of arriving diplomats would remain in force.
