Show BOCK'S DEMURRER IS GIVEN CONSIDERATION j SALT LAKE. Sept. 17. City Judge j Henry C Lund, following arguments yesterday morning, took under advlst I ment the demurrer entered to ' I charges against former Mayor F A. Bock as the result of his confessed shortage of $12,000 in his accounts during his Incumbency as city auditor. Torty-flve complaints were Issued against Mr. Hock. Ills conns-l. Attorney At-torney S. A. King, demurred to twenty-three complaints charging misappropriation misap-propriation of funds, arguing that Mr Bock was net custodian of the fund!. j He demurred to other complaints charging forgery of vouchers, arguing that the forging of a voucher is not a means alone of getting money, Counsel Coun-sel for the defendant admitted that l : oil. il.lv the charges of forging warrants war-rants were not demurrable.
