Aug. 2C Broadening of the power and improvement of tho practice of the Federal Trade Commission Com-mission in order to bring about "a more satisfactory administration ot Justice" by it was recommended in the report of the committee on com-nn com-nn i ce, trade and commerlcal law, pre-rsented pre-rsented at the convention of the American Amer-ican Bar association hero today. Tho committee recommended that the commission be empowered t,o Investigate In-vestigate all branches of anti-trust laws, and that proceedings m reference refer-ence to these laws should lo trans ferred from courts to the commission with the right to appeal from the commission com-mission to federal courts. The report also recommended thn all cases falling within tho anti-trust laws should bo primarily instituted 1 before the commission.
