Show I Plan Inpeciion of Box Elder Farms 3RIGHAM CITY. July !6 Members of the county farm bureau have extended ex-tended an invitation to the husinoji men and their wives, to meet them in Cortnne In automobiles Saturday morn. ins: at R 30, on-a trip of Inspectron around Hoxeldor county. The object of this tour Is to vlflit various farms, see the growlnc crops, herds of purebred pure-bred livestock and hear talks and explanations ex-planations by Harold R Hasan, state crop pest Inspector. President John Burton of the county farm bureau ana others, study farm problems and enjoy en-joy an educational outing. THE PROGRAM k At 8 30 a m all will assemble in K automobiles at Corinne where the crowd will Inspect C. C Adney's herd of purebred Hereford cattle, J J Cranner's purebred Hampshire shev a noxious weed field, beet fields ana ! beets on alkali lands. Will discuss early planting, late planting on spring . plowing, replanting after irrigation ana tvHI inspect the drainage system Everybody then goes north to Hear River City, west to Evans, north to Iowa String where a fifteen-minute stop will le made at beet fields Thence east to Fast Ticmonton Haws, tomatoes and melons and then north to EaBt Garland. The Riverside potato fields will le inspected and then will stop fifteen minutes at the w ?: Hansen farm. Then the Colllnston dry form grain will receive attention south througn peweyvne and Honeyviiie and will tudy the Morning Glory weed. A stop will be made at the P-onneville Dairy farm, then Harper and on to Brlffham for lunch. After lunch a islt will be made thru! the orchards here and south to W 11 lard , |
