Show NEGRO EDUCATOR PREDICTS END OF SOUTH IYNCHINGS BOSTON, Mass., Feb. 25. Within a few years there will be no more lynching of negroes in the south, Dr. Robert R. Mo-ton, Mo-ton, the negro head of the Tus-kegee Tus-kegee institute predicted in an address here last night. The governors of North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Kentucky Ken-tucky have pledged'themselvcs that there will be no lynching in their states-yhile they are in " office, he aid..
