STEEL SHARES NOT DISTURBED BY THE STRIKE NEW YORK Sept 22 -The steel jstrike exerted little adverse influence 'oyer the stock market at the open-ling open-ling of today's trading. Steel shares were least disturbed of any Impor'ant stocks, opening at gains which were extended to half a point in Cnited States Steel, one point for Bethlehem Steel and three for Crucible. Reactions Reac-tions in the lirst half hour cancelled most of these gains, however Stocks dependent upon the stability stabili-ty of the steel industry, such as equipments, equip-ments, were steady to firm although the motor croup yvas inclined to yield.
