WASHINGTON, Oct 21 The peace treaty was assailed in the senate today to-day by Senator Gronna, Republican, North Dakota, as a violation of President Presi-dent Wilson's fourteen points and an arrangement likely to involve the United States in many wars. The league ol nations he characterised as an "unholy lUtffiT' 1 which wor.ld-make wor.ld-make this counhy "the pack horse for the governments' of Europe, Asia and Africa."
