W Elk Are Migrating Along the Snake Unprecedented migration of elk in Wy oming is causing considerable consternation con-sternation as to whether it will be pos-sible pos-sible to offer relief to the animib should the winter be severe. Reports at the forest service are that the elk are now making their waj along the Snake river towards Star valley and that ihey are far beyond the point where they generally stop for the winter.
