nISl LABOR LEAGUE ENTERS OGDEN POLITICS The following article in regard to the organization of a Non Partisan La: bor league in this city appears in thlSi vveek's edition of the Utah Labor News While the movement has not as yet been confirmed by local labor men, its organization is considered probable. The Nonpartisan Labor league Is the name of a new political o-ganlsation o-ganlsation that has been launchen in Ogden under the auspices an I sanction of the Ogden Trades an 1 Labor assembly. The new organization proposes to enter the political field in th Junction city and see to it that labor has proper representation in the civil government of the citv. and possibly outside of the city. The movement has been under way for some time past and it has finally come to a head such th;'t an organization has been perfee1-ed, perfee1-ed, a name adopted and a platform plat-form determined upon The platform, plat-form, needless to say, is a strict'.v labor platiorm. The assembly took prompt nc-tion nc-tion upon a report of the politic; ! committee to the effect that the organization had been perfected, adopted Us report and discharged the committee with thanks for ls work. The assembl) then named a special spe-cial committee to look after the I work of carrying the Nonpartisan Labor league forward and preparing prepar-ing for the coming campaign In Ogden. On this committee were mmed Delegnles Beckett, Crosby, Youngi Folev ; nd Quinn.
