Show j NOTICE OF SPECIAL FAX AND DELINQUENCY DE-LINQUENCY OF THE SAME To whom It may concern: Under authority of Section 278 of th.- compiled Lavs of Utah, lfJ07, and as directed by Section 1056 of the Revised Re-vised Ordinance: ol Ogden City, Utah 1915. The undersigned treasurer of Ogden City, Utah, hereby gives notice that a special tax for the purpose of paying the costs of building bitullthic paving, .r.ulins, constructing curbs and gutters, gut-ters, drainage and irrigation systems to carry water iiionc: and across streets and intersections and for extending private water service connections from the main to the back ot ihe curb line in Paving District No 12S. in Ogden s City, Utah, has been levied and con-firmed con-firmed by an ordinance of th.- board of commissioners of gden City, Utah ! adopted and passed July 14th, 1919! and published July 15th, 1919 Said special tax is levied upon all property abutting on the following street, to-wit: On the west side of Washington A, between ngden River and Twelfth streets, in Paving District No 12S. And which is further described as follows, to-wit: in part of the northeast quarter ot section 20, township town-ship 6 north, range 1 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. United States sur-vej sur-vej Lots 1 to 9 inclusive, block 1 Mill Creek addition, and lots 19. 23 24, 25. 26 27 and 28. block 7, Fiv.- Icre plat "A" all in Ogden City surv. lo a depth of 50 feet back from the street line. Said tax is payable in ten installments. install-ments. The first installment becomes delinquent delin-quent on the 3rd day ot September. 1 1919. The second installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 15ih da;, ol July. 1920 I The third installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 15th day of July, 1921.' The fourth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 15th day of July, 1922 The fifth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 15th day ot July. 1923. The sixth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 15th day of July, 1924. The seventh Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 15th day of July, 1925. The eighth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 15th day of July, l'J.'t'.
