The estimated cost as given below !does not include the cost ot constructing construct-ing private sewer or water connec tions, nor the cost of constructing com binatiOD curbs and gutters oi dnve-ways dnve-ways on both sides of Tyler Avenue between Twenty-fifth and Twenty ; sixth streets where curbs and gutters 'or driveways are not now built, which : costs are to be assessed against the property benefited in addition to the i regular assessment. The total cost of said improvement 'is estimated at $47,830.00. The Board of Commissioners at its first regular meeting thereafter, to-Wit, to-Wit, the 10th day of June, 1919, will J consider the proposed levy and hear and consider such protests and objections objec-tions to said improvement as shall have been made.
