Show uu I SAYS MEN ABROAD ARE FULL OF CONFIDENCE SALT LAKE. Jan. 23. Lieutenant David Keith, Jr., who is "somewhere over there," has written to his parents. Mr. and Mrs. David Keith, in which he says "there nevor was "a greater bunch I of men together with more confidence " j The letter has no post mark, neither I does it say what party of France it is 1 from. ' The letter in part follows; ' "It is very hard to write anything' in thoso letters. About all I can toll j you is that I am in the best of health and spirits. The men are in the best of spirits and are all happy. It is remarkable re-markable how cheerful they all are. You would think they were on 'a summer's sum-mer's vacation. It is impossible to mako them downhearted and some of them do not know what fear is. They; I have the true American spirit and itj lis the most wonderful spirit in tho ; I world. Thoy adopt themselves to any; ! situation as cheerfully as can bo; their ono thought is to got this job over as quickly as they can.
