Show Bill II DROPPED TO NOTRE The recruiting office for the United States army in Ogden has almost ceased ceas-ed to All its function. There has not been an enlistment sinco December 15. First Sergeant Stream has been transferred trans-ferred from this office to Sat Lake and Sergeant Oliver R. Drysdale has been sent here to take his place. Sergeant McCIoud is still stationed at this office. The recruiting officers believe, however, how-ever, that after Christmas enlisting in the army will again take on tho appearance ap-pearance of eagerness. Many men contemplating con-templating enlisting have been holding off to wait until after the holidays, which they like to spend with their folks. Men arc taken in, the army now, through the voluntary enlistment route, below the age of 21 and over the age of 31. |
