Her activity in picketing before tho White House in Washington having attracted the official of-ficial eybs of the Woman's National party in whose interests she defied the authorities with the result that she and forty others were arrested, Mrs, Minnie Quay, wife of R. B. Quay, a well known business man of Salt Lake City, today received an urgent appeal that she return to the capital immediately imme-diately to take a place in a new picket line, with 1000 others, in case congress voted unfavorably on the Susan B. Anthony An-thony suffrage amendment. "If I am needed, I will not hesitate to return to Washington at once," Mrs. Quay said.
