Show CHRISTENSON SHOE STOCK BOUGHT I 01 W. H. WRIGHT & SOBS CO. I The Chrlstensen Shoe Store, for-1 merly located on Washington avenue, near the corner of Twenty -fifth street has been absorbed by the W. H. I Wright & Sons' company. The entire I stock and fixtures have been removed : Jo the Wright store, where it will be I promptly disposed of. The sale was consummated by Mr. P. T. Wright, I manager of the Wright company, who in speaking of tho deal today said: "The Chrlstensen bankrupt stock was advertised for sale at auction, the ? buyer to bid for tho entire stock and ? fixtures. I instructed two of our shot exports to examine the stock cares'' care-s'' fullv and appraise its worth. Thej o reported that the stock was in fairly good shape and that if it could be boucht for a certain figure, we could I resell it to our customers and give some wonderful values in view of the recent high prices of shoes. "Our shoe men have gone carefully I over the stock, dividing it into a few I low priced lots at which it will be re-Bold re-Bold beginning Wednesday morning. April 24th. The fixtures we will havn no use for and will then dispose of j them. "Our shoe men will make this the occasion of a Great April Shoe Sale in l which not only the Christensen stock, but our own regular stocks will be in- ' eluded." |
