Show no BIG CLASS INITIATED AT MASONIC REUNION SALT LAKE. April 24. Attended by hundreds of Masons from near and far, the thirty-first reunion of An- cient and Accepted Scottish Rite of ; Freemasonry opened yesterday morn- ing at the Salt Lake Masonic temple. The ceremonies opened at 0:30 a. m. with work in the lodge of Perfection. wiih Dana Tyrrell Smith master in charge. The class presented for initi- 1 ation in the higher degrees of Masonr was one of the largest gathered for a I Scottish Kite reunion of Salt Lake 1 consistory. Beginning Ihe work of the day a re-ception re-ception for candidates and visitors was held at 9 o'clock, this being fol-lowed fol-lowed by a special meeting of Jordan lodge of Perfection The fourth degree de-gree was exemplified by members from Ogden. The fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth degrees were worked up to noon, when luncheon was served During Dur-ing the afternoon, beginning a( 2 o'clock, the remainder of the fourtem degrees of the Perfection lodge were conferred.
