Show AUTO ACCIDENT LESDS ID 11GE SUIT FDR SIS B. B. Ramcy, manager of the Wilson hotel in Salt Lake, Is made defendant in a suit for 52000 damages filed by R. Fuit, today. Attorney C. L. Farr is prosecuting tho case. Fuit was struck by an automobile whilo riding with his wife in his own machine on November 3, 1917, the complaint com-plaint states, on the Riverdalo road. It is stated that Ramey occupied the car which wreck'ed the Fuit machine and declares Ramey was careless and driving at an unreasonable rate of speed. Tho accident resulted in injuries in-juries to Mr. and Mrs. Fuit for which they had to spend $21 for doctor's fees and medical expense, injury to the enr which cost $101.40 to repair and injury in-jury to the care listed as general depreciation de-preciation of $250. These special items are all included in tho suit for $2000 damages. |
