SHERIFF ID DEPUTY of ran ike 1 ARREST B. Y. Roblson, sheriff of Morgan county", and D. IT. Heinor, deputy, were on the way from Morgan by train this morning when the conduct of a colored i man named Joe Hopkins from Evans-ton, Evans-ton, attracted their attention and they became satisfied that the "colahad fellah" fel-lah" was in the "wet business," Arrived Ar-rived at Ogden, they handed the man over to a plain clothes officer who happened to be Harbertson of the police po-lice force. Hopkins was taken to tho police station sta-tion where his opened suitcase ro-vealed ro-vealed twenty-three pints of whiskey. His bail was fixed at 150 and he is to appear before Judge Roberts on Thurs-jdav Thurs-jdav morning to answorfwhy and where fore, I oo
