Show NOTICE. Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education of Ogden City, at its offices in tho Colonel Hudson Building, until 8 o'clock P. M., Friday, June 1st, 1917, for tho following: 1. For tho enlargement and remodeling remod-eling of a public school building on 28th Street between Washington and Adams Avenues 2. For the installation of a steam heating system in said building. 3 For tho installation of a plumbing plumb-ing system in said building. Drawings and specifications may bo obtained upon application to the architects, archi-tects, Woods and Jensen. Bids for tho general construction, heating and plumbing to be separate and each accompanied by a certified check In the amount of 5 per cent of the bid; the checks of the successful bidders Bhall be forfeited In tho event that they fail or refuse to enter into the necessary contract with the said Board and furnish a bond in accord ance with the state law. Each contract to contain, among other oth-er things, a stipulation that at least twenty per cent of the contract price may be withheld until said work is completed and accepted by the Architect Archi-tect and tho Board.
