Barker's court today to-day and was bound over to the district court for trial. His bail was set at ?2,000. I. D. Coles, charged with burglary in the third degree, also waived his pre-1 llmlnary hearing and was bound over to the district court, bail being set at $300. Ho forced an entrance into the Buffet saloon, 132 Twenty-fifth street, last Friday night, and was arrested in the basement of the place by Patrolmen Patrol-men John Hutchins and Peter Naylln, with a largo pail of beor In his possession. |
