Show RAOOIT HHNTERS ARE TO LEAVE EARLY IN MORNING While the street lamps are still burning tomorrow and a very likely frost is making earth and sky meet, men will be seen by early risers hastening hast-ening toward the union depot at the fool of Twenty fifth street, with knap-sacks knap-sacks over their shoulders and shot guns under their arms. They will be intent on the same purpose, to board a special Oregon Short Line train that will take them to a land, about 7.". miles northwest of Ogden, where jack rabbits abound in great numbers. The train, which was arranged for by D. M. Newton of the Oregon Shorl Line and Willard G. Wilson of the Southern Pacific, will leave the depot promptly at 7 a m. and is scheduled to arrive al Monument op the Kelton branch of the Southern Pacific, two and one half hours later. The nim-rods, nim-rods, it Is expected there will be about 150 of them, will begin to shoot a soon as they sight a rabbit, after the train has reached Its destination and will continue the hunt until about 4 o'clock In the ' afternoon. oo |
