Show OR. JGHIU B KOEHNE LEAVES OGDEN ON MONDAY Dr. John B. Jvoehne, who has been supply at tho Congregational church here for the last five months, will leavo for the California coast on an early train Monday morning. The services serv-ices at the church Sunday will be the closing of his local work. Dr. Koehne's extensive experience as a lecturer for the past twenty-three years, visiting churches in all parts of the country, gave him a great fund of experience that he has given to the churoh. Standing for tho evangelical faith, and being a preacher of very groat power, his stay in Ogden has boon of exceeding value to the community. After a short visit In California, Dr. and Mrs. Koehne will leave for the oast where, early in October, the doctor doc-tor begins his winter's work on the lecture platform. He is expecting to devote some of his time this winter as a lecturer on national topics, having offered his services to tho government through the management of the Chautauqua Chau-tauqua institute. nn |
