Show WIFE'S rose mm FOR DIVORCE Fearing that, her husband intends to go to the South sea islands during the pendency of a divorce suit, Mrs. Mae Hansen Kelly asked the district court this morning not only for a divorce, di-vorce, the right to use her maiden name and alimony, but also for an injunction in-junction to prevent the husband, Harry Har-ry Stephen Kelly, from drawing pay from the Southern Pacific railroad. The couple have been married since May 20, 1013, and have lived in -Ogden i since July 25. 1916. Mrs. Kelly al-i al-i leges that for three years her husband hus-band has been guilty of gross cruelty and that on April 2, 1917, he choked her and struck her, bruising her eyes and breaking her nose. She also alleges al-leges that on July 3, 1917, he left home with another woman and didn't return until 4 o'clock in the morning of the following night, expressing thnt opinion that he was guilty of improper conduct during that time. Use of abusive abu-sive and profane language is alleged also by Mrs. Kelly. n n |
