Show EXPLANATION BY SWEDISH MINISTER NEW YORK, Sept. 10. Baron Aker-hlelm, Aker-hlelm, charge d'affaires of the Swedish Swed-ish legation in tho United States, who arrived here today from Washington, has requested the Associated Press to make public the following statement: "The statement I made yesterday to a representative of- the press has "pot been quite correctly reproduced in the papers. "Tho main point as far as Sweden is concerned has been entirely lost. "I especially wished to havo pointed out that when I saw the secretary of state Saturday I was told that the telegrams that were forwarded by the Swedish minister-resident at Buenos Aires for the German charge d'affaires wero in German code.
