Show DRUNKS ARE TO HI CITY JUSTICE After a study of the new prohibition law, Judge George S. Barker, of tho municipal court has decided that when Ihe next case of drunkenness comes before be-fore him, he will follow the procedure before the new law went into effect. The decision followed after the question ques-tion was raised yesterday in the caso of Jane Doe, who later gave her name as Millie Bremer, who was arrested in a Greek coffee house at 131 Twenty-fifth street, Sunday night. A case will be tried in the municipal court to test whether that court still has jurisdiction oyer such cases or whether they will have to be tried under un-der state Jurisdiction. |
