Show (SUBSCRIPTIONS OMITTED FROM BED CROSS LIST AT TIE TIME OF PUBLICATION Ii The committee having in charge the collection of lied Cross funds In Ogden and vicinity desires at this time to rail attention to certain circumstances connected con-nected with this campaign. In the haste of handling and classifying subscription sub-scription cards coming in from many different sources, and in the making of lists of the contributors, errors wore unavoidable. The names of several who mado very liberal donations were omitted. The committee, therefore, gives below some of the omitted names and il earnestly requests thai any others who know of omissions inform in-form the committee so that proper recognition may be given. The donors may not care, but it is of the highest importance that this record be complete com-plete and accurate. The committee is gratified and proud of the manner in which people responded re-sponded with contributions in support of this patriotic cause. A great deal more was accomplished than mere raising of funds The energetic, undivided un-divided and generous support given this movement demonstrated beyond question that this community will rise superior to any emergency; that in every patriotic enterprise its people will stand together, work together and succeed together. Wo wish at this time to express our sincere thanks to those who gave their time and labor in making a systematic sys-tematic canvass for securing subscriptions, subscrip-tions, and we take pleasure in calling attention to the published lists of ihoso who gave so freely of their funds. Such list constitutes a proud page in the history of this community and is, in truth, a veritable roll of honor. Amount previously itemized. $51,383-38 Chapin A.
