Show oo NEW TRIAL IK CASE OF THE ilTE DAMAGE SUIT In the district court in the case of Caroline White, administratrix of the estate of William White, deceased, against the American Express company com-pany and James Shipley, the defendants defend-ants have served notice of intention to move for a new trial Recently Mrs. White was given a judgment in the sum of about $3,800 for the death of her husband, who was run over by the defendant company com-pany s express wagon which was driven driv-en by Shipley. Mr. White was a street sweeper and was at work on Twenty-fourth Twenty-fourth street, In front of Eceles building, build-ing, when ho was run over.
