Show BOMB PLACED NEAR HOME OF GOVERNOR SPRY WAS-PRACTICALLY WAS-PRACTICALLY HARMLESS The bomb placed in front of Gov-j ernor "William Spry's residence Christ- J mas Day was practically harmless, according ac-cording to S. B. Moore, superintendent of the Bacchus Powder company, and his chief chemist. Examination disclosed the fact that there was but a small quantity of dynamite in it and that anecessary ingredient (gun cotton) was entirely missing. Chief of Police White announced to. day that the reward offered for the information leading to the arrest or persons or persons who placed the bomb has now reached 511,000.
