Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of the intention of said Board of Commissioners to make the following follow-ing described improvement, to-wit; To create the webt side of Lincoln avenue between Twentieth street and Ogden river at Engineer's station "A" 167 plus 42 0 and the east side of Lincoln avenue between Engineer's Stations "A" 157 plus 42.0 and "A" 153 plus 73.2 as a curb and gutter district and to construct therein, in- cJuduisL all intersections .xnucrAt curbs anuHStTueY87tK5 "removal ol a IT trees, fences, poles, buildings, the building of all culverts, Irrigation and drainage systems, and round corners for driveways, completo sidewalks at intersections, together with the necessary neces-sary grading therefor, and all other things necessary to complete the whole in a proper manner according to the plans, specifications, and profiles pro-files on file in the office of the City Engineer, and to defray the whole of the cost and expense of the abuttor's portion thereof by a levy ot a special tax to be assessed upon the lots or pieces of ground within the following described district, being the district to bo affected or benefited by such improvement, namely: All the land lying between the outer boundary lines of said btreet and a line drawn fifty feet back from and parallel to said outer boundary lines on the west side of Lincoln avenue between Twentieth Twen-tieth street and Ogden river at Engineer's Engi-neer's station "A" 167 plus 42.0 and on the cast side of Lincoln avenue between Engineer's Stations "A" 157 plus 42.0 and "A" 153 plus 73.2, being Lots 1, 2 and 12 to 45, inclusive, Block 3 of Riverside Park Addition; Lots 53 to 67, inclusive, Block 2,of Riverside River-side Park Addition; and Lots 1 and 20 and an unnumbered Lot in Block 7, Five Acre Plat "A," all in Ogden City Survey. The total cost of said improvement is estimated at $2,200.00. All protests or objections to such Improvement or to the carrying out of such Intention must be presented in writing signed by the owners of abutting property describing tho same together with the number of abutting front feet and be filed with tho City Recorder on or before the 22d day of Tunc 1fl1C The, Board of Commissioners at its first regular meeting thereafter, to-wit, to-wit, the 26th day of June, 1916, will consldor the proposed levy and hear and consider such protests or objec tions to said improvement as shall have hoen made By order of the Board of Commissioners Commis-sioners of Ogden City, Utah.
