Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notice Is hereby givon by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of tho intention ot said Board of Commissioners to make tho following fol-lowing described improvements, to-wit: to-wit: To create Twenty-sixth street between Harrison and Tyler Avenues as a Bewer district, and to construct therein a sower of vitrified, concrote. or otlior standard sower pipe of sufficient suffi-cient capacity, together with tho necessary nec-essary manholes, and to connect all Ith tho manholes of the prosont sewer system, ana to defray tho wholo of tho cost thereof, estimated at $1,000.00 by a levy of a special tnx to bo assessed 'upon the lots or pieces of ground within tho following described de-scribed district being the district to bo affected or benefited by such improvement, im-provement, namely: All tho land lying ly-ing between tho outer boundary lines of said street nnd a lino drawn 132 feet outward from and parallel to tho said outer boundary lines on both sides of Twenty-sixth Street between Harrison and Tyler Avenues, being part of Lots 1 and 2, Block 28, Plat "C"; Lots 8, 9 and 10, Block 21, Plat "C"; and Lots 1. 2, 3, 10, 11 and 12, Wallace Sub-division of Lots 6 and 7, Block 21, Plat "C," all in Ogden City Survey. All protests or objections to such improvements or to the carrying out of such intention, must be in writing signed by the owners of abutting property, describing same, together with rtie number of abutting front feet and oe filed -with tho City Recorder Re-corder on or before tho 27th day of March. 1916. being tho time set by tho Board of Commissioners "of Ogden Og-den City, Utah, when it will consider tho proposed levy and will, hear and consider such protest and objections as may bo made thoroto.
