Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of the intention of said Board of Commissioners to make the following fol-lowing described Improvements, to-wit to-wit To create Twenty-sixth street between Harrison and Tylor Avenues as a sewer district, and to construct therein a sewer of vitrified, concrete, or other standard sewer pipe of sufficient suffi-cient capacity, together with tho nec-ossary nec-ossary manholes, and to connect all lth the manholes of the present sewer system, and to defray the whole of the cost thereof, estimated at $1,000.00 by a levy of a special tax to be assessed upon the lots or pieces of ground within the following described de-scribed district, being tho district to be affected or benefited by such improvement, im-provement, namely: All tho land lying ly-ing between the outer boundary lines of said street and a line drawn 132 feet outward from and parallel to the said outer boundary linos on both sldec of Twenty-sixth Street between Hnrrlson and Tyler Avenues, being part of Lots 1 and 2, Block 28, Plat "C": Lots 8, 9 and 10, Block 21, Plat "C"; and Lots 1, 2, 3, 10, 11 and 12, Wallace Sub-division of Lots 6 and 7, Block 21, Plat "C," all in Ogden City Survey. All protests or objections to such improvements or to tho carrying out, of such Intention, must be in writing signed by the owners of abutting property, describing same, together with tho number of abutting front feet and be filed with the City Recorder Re-corder on or before tho 27th day of March, 191G, being the time set by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden Og-den City, Utah, when it will consider the propoBcl levy and will hear and consider such protest and objections as may bo mado thereto.
