Show ELEVENTH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATED. One of the prettiest affairs of the week was the party given Easter Monday to -'celebrate the eleventh birthday of Miss Katherine Krauss. Twenty-six little ladies spent a delightful de-lightful afternoon, and found great pleasure in playing games one of the most Interesting being an Easter egg hunt, at which the lucky ones were MlsBes Katherine Boyle, Lillian Shee-han Shee-han and Virginia Loughran. At 4:30 the bevy of girls, pictures of innocent, childhood, attired in their simple frocks, gathered in the dining room which had been especially decorated deco-rated for the occasion. The long table, ta-ble, where a tempting luncheon was served was typical of the Easter season. sea-son. An artistic bowl of sweet peas made an attraotlve center plecJ, while at the head of the festal board a large birthday cake caused much comment com-ment Easter eggs and chicks were In evidence and tiny colored baskets filled with eggs made appropriate souvenirs. After feasting to their hearts' content the social buds departed, depart-ed, pronouncing the affair a decided success.
