Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL TAX AND DELINQUENCY OF THE SAME. To Whom It May Concern Under authority of Section 27S of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, and as directed by Section 925 of the Revised Re-vised Ordinances of Ogden City, 1910. Tho undersigned Treasurer of Ogden City, Utah, hereby giveB notice that a Special Tax for the purpose of building build-ing Concrete Sidewalks in Sidewalk District No. 139 in Ogden City, Utah, has been levied and confirmed by an Ordinance of the Board of Commissioners Commis-sioners of Ogden City, Utah, adoptod and passed November 9, 1915, and published November 10, 1915. Said Special Tax Is levied upon all property prop-erty abutting on the following street, to-wit; all that part of Hudson avenue ave-nue on both sides between Fifteenth and Seventeenth streets, and to a depth of 60 feet back thqrefrom. and which is further described as follows: On part of Lots 23 to 26. inclusive, Block 7, Five-Acre Plat "A," Ogden City Survey. Said Tax is payable In five installments: install-ments: The first installment becomes delinquent de-linquent December 30, 1915. The second installment becomes delinquent de-linquent November 10, 1916. The third Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent Novoraber 10, 1917. The fourth Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent November 10, 191S. The fifth installment becomes delinquent delin-quent November 10, 1919. Each of said installments, except the first, draws Interest at the rate of six per cent per annum from the 10th day of November. 1915, until delinquent, de-linquent, and if said Tax or any Installment In-stallment thereof shall remain unpaid after the delinquency thereof, interest thereon thereafter will be oight per cont per annum until such assessments assess-ments arc fully paid. All Special Taxes are payable at tho Office of tho City Treasurer in tho City Hall, at Ogden City, Utah. Dated this 26th day of Novomber, 1915. WALLACE FOULGER, City Treasnrer. By C. T.
