NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE Under authority of an order of sale granted by The District Court of the County of Weber, State of Utah, dated November 5, 1915, I will sell at private sale the following described real estate The undivided Eleven fifteenths fif-teenths of a .part of Lot Four (4), Kershaws' Subdivision of Block Thirty-one (31), Plat "C" of Ogden City Survey; Beginning at a point Forty-two Forty-two (42)' feet West of the South East Corner of said Lot Four (4), Block Thirty-one (31), Plat "C" of Ogden City Survey, and running thence North One hundred fifty (150) feet thence West Ninety (90) feet, thence South One Hundred fifty (150) feet, thence East Ninety (90) feet to the place of beginning, all In the County of Weber, State of Utah.
